We get clear on your goals, your ideal client, your competitors, and everything your site needs to do for your business. This is also when we collect your photos, bios, branding, and any content you want included. After this call you’ll have homework compiling things like photos, bios, etc.
DAYS 1-3- Market & SEO Research
This is where most other website services skip straight to design, we don't. The first half of your week is spent researching your specific market: the keywords your ideal clients are searching, their pain points, the outcomes they want, and how your competitors are (or aren't) speaking to any of it. Everything after this point is built on real data, not guesswork.
DAYS 6 & 7- BUILD AND WEBSITE DELIVERY
Your site is built, your photos and videos are added, everything is tested.
Check-in- You’ll check the website copy (words) for approval.

DAY 4- COPYWRITING
Your website copy is written directly from that research — all headlines, pages, and every call to action designed to speak to what your audience is actually looking for (and to show up in search).

DAY 5- DESIGN

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Your photos, bios, branding assets, and any content you want included. We'll also confirm everything on your VIP Strategy Call.
What if I don’t have any professional photos?

Add the Photography Add-On if you’re in Upstate SC, and we'll handle the shoot before your build week no extra scrambling on your end. This requires an additional seven days. You don’t HAVE to have photos of you but they are helpful.
